Longhorns LB Anthony Hill Jr. out for game vs. Arkansas

After being downgraded on the Southeastern Conference injury report Friday to doubtful, Texas linebacker Anthony Hill Jr. is officially out for the Longhorns' game Saturday against Arkansas.
