AUSTIN (KXAN) -- Periods of rain and thunderstorms continue across much of the Austin Metro and our eastern counties.Rainfall totals will continue to surpass 1" for most areas near and east of I-35 with the Hill Country seeing our lowest rainfall totals. CENTRAL TEXAS RAINFALL TOTALSA Flood Advisory remains in effect for much of Hays and Travis Counties with parts of Bastrop and Caldwell Counties included. Watch for ponding on the roads and never drive through a closed low-water crossing that ma
