LIVE: Firefighters battling massive apartment fire in Irving

IRVING, Texas (KXAN) — Firefighters in Irving are battling a large apartment fire Friday morning.
The fire was reported in the 4500 block of West Pioneer Drive shortly after 9:30 a.m. KXAS has a helicopter over the scene of the fire.
The fire was escalated to three alarms approximately 30 minutes after it started.
There have been no word on injuries at this time.
