LIVE: Beryl makes landfall

AUSTIN (KXAN) -- Hurricane Beryl made landfall this morning before 4 a.m. near Matagorda. Winds were 80 mph at landfall. The storm is weakening now that it is over land but there are still major concerns for flooding as it pertains to storm surge.
