Laundry fire in downtown Hilton hotel triggers second-alarm response

AUSTIN (KXAN) — A laundry fire on the third floor of the Hilton Hotel in downtown Austin has led to a second-alarm response from the Austin Fire Department.
The department says the response is standard operating procedure for working a fire in a high-rise building and that they were partially evacuating the hotel.
