Last day to avoid TxDOT toll road late fees

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Beginning Friday the Texas Department of Transportation will start charging late fees for drivers who haven’t paid their toll bill.
Right now officials estimate that nearly 800,000 customers have outstanding bills. TxDOT suspended late fees 18 months ago after complaints of customers being overcharged.
