Lake Travis shooting kills 2, injures 1; suspect still at large

TRAVIS COUNTY, Texas (KXAN) — Travis County Sheriff’s deputies continue to search for a suspect in a shooting Wednesday night that left two people dead and one injured.
The Travis County Sheriff’s Office says the shooting happened in the 2000 block of Whitebead Trail, not far from the intersection of Ranch Road 620 and Hudson Bend Road.
Austin-Travis County EMS says units were called to the scene at 7:40 p.m. Paramedics say a woman in her 40s and a man in his 50s died.
