Judge hears hemp testing lawsuit, calls out OAG over communications failures

Travis County District Court Judge Maya Guerra Gamble said Friday she would need time to decide whether to grant a temporary restraining order blocking the Texas Department of State Health Services' use of a THC testing methodology challenged in a lawsuit.
