It’s official: Harvey has now reformed into a tropical depression

AUSTIN (KXAN) — The remnants of Tropical Storm Harvey redeveloped into a tropical depression over the Gulf of Mexico and could reach the Texas coast on Friday, according to the First Warning Weather team.
The National Hurricane Center predicts a 100 percent chance that remnants of Harvey redevelop in the next two days.
