Irma devastates Caribbean islands as 3rd most intense hurricane landfall on Earth

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Devastation is reported on several of the northeastern islands of the Caribbean, where Category 5 Hurricane Irma made landfall Wednesday. Barbuda, St. Barthelemy, St. Martin and the British Virgin Islands all took direct hits.
