Investigators hope new clues will help identify victim in burned trunk

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Investigators hope a sports jersey and specific tattoos will help investigators identify the burned body found in a truck in Del Valle on Sunday, Oct. 30
Travis County Fire Rescue responded at 7:45 a.m. to a report of a car fire on Buck Lane. In the process of extinguishing the fire, a body was discovered in the trunk of the vehicle. Due to extensive damage caused by the fire, it has been difficult to positively identify the body.
