I-35 in South Austin back open after triple semi crash

AUSTIN (KXAN) — After nearly six hours of being shut down due to a crash, the northbound lanes of Interstate 35 at Oltorf Street is back open.
The crash involving three 18-wheelers happened just before noon and had the freeway shut down until 6 p.m. According to a KXAN photographer at the scene, one of the trucks was carrying concrete beams used on highways.
