Houston police chase ends in crash, suspect still on the run

HOUSTON, Texas (KXAN) — Houston police are searching for a man on the run in connection to a shooting in Austin, according to KPRC. 
Officials say Austin police and the FBI were serving a warrant to a man who lives in Houston. When officers tried to arrest him, the suspect took off in a car.
After a police chase, the suspect crashed into a pole and ran off. The passenger in the car was arrested on unrelated warrants.
