Houston-area inundated with rain from Harvey

HOUSTON, Texas (AP/KXAN) — The Houston-area has seen what Harvey can do when it comes to rain.
In Jersey Village, officials are recommending that people who live along the White Oak Bayou, about 17 miles northwest of Houston, consider whether they need to evacuate their homes.
