Heat sticks around; Scattered storms possible

AUSTIN (KXAN) -- Near triple digit high temperatures were recorded in Austin Saturday evening. Camp Mabry clocked in at 99° and Austin-Bergstrom was one degree cooler at 98°. We have yet to see a triple digit day during the month of September so far this year and we hope it stays that way.
Overnight temperatures will cool down to the mid-to-upper 70s with winds turning calm from the southwest. There is no chance for rain tonight.
