Hays County charges woman for trafficking a child

SAN MARCOS, Texas (KXAN) – A Kyle woman is facing serious charges after being arrested late Wednesday night for three counts of trafficking a child and three counts of compelling prostitution. The Hays County Sheriff’s Department is charging 43-year-old Nancy Cisneros.
