Hays CISD begins installing air purifiers in every classroom

HAYS COUNTY, Texas (KXAN) — A $4.1 million investment in air purifying equipment to help fight COVID-19 is now coming to fruition in the Hays Consolidated Independent School District.
In late September, Hays CISD got approval to use the money to get more than 1,700 units of Novaerus Air Purifiers, which aid in neutralizing viruses like COVID-19 and the flu.
