Harvey expected to be Category 3 Hurricane when it makes landfall

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Tropical Storm Harvey is now forecast to be a Category 3 Hurricane when it makes landfall north of Corpus Christ, Texas, between Friday afternoon and early Saturday morning.
Bastrop, Fayette and Caldwell counties are all under Tropical Storm Warnings.
As coastal areas of Texas find themselves under a Hurricane Warning, flooding and rain are the main concerns for southcentral Texas as Tropical Storm Harvey strengthens over the Gulf of Mexico.
