Harvey could become a tropical storm later tonight

AUSTIN (KXAN) — A hurricane hunter aircraft that was sent to survey Tropical Depression Harvey early Wednesday evening found that the storm has not strengthened and is moving erratically toward the northwest. The hurricane hunter aircraft indicate the maximum sustained winds remain near 35 mph.
