Greg Kelley will be in Cabo when judge rules on his conviction

GEORGETOWN, Texas (KXAN) — This weekend Greg Kelley boarded a plane to Cabo San Lucas with his girlfriend ahead of a big decision Monday that will dictate his future.
A judge is expected to hand down a recommendation on Kelley’s conviction to the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. In 2014, he was sentenced to 25 years in prison for sexually assaulting a child.
He’s been out on bond since August when Williamson County District Attorney Shawn Dick reopened the case.
