Greg Kelley gets engaged in Cabo day after judge says he’s innocent

AUSTIN (KXAN) — It’s been a whirlwind two days for Greg Kelley, who proposed to his girlfriend Tuesday, a day after a Williamson County judge ruled his conviction should be thrown out.
Kelley was convicted in 2014 and sent to prison on charges he sexually assaulted a 4-year-old boy. Kelley has been out on bond since August when Williamson County District Attorney Shawn Dick reopened the case.
