Getting hotter before it gets cooler & wetter

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Yes... it's been hot. But the rain and heat relief we've been waiting for all month... could finally makes its arrival next week.Today will mark our 8th-consecutive day of triple digit heat and likely be our 17th for the month. This string of 100+ degree weather continues through Sunday, which would tie us for the most triple digits in June.This weekend will feature hot and dry sunshine areawide... but changes (and we're talkin' about the *good kind* of changes) will follow
