I keep hearing about Hawiian poke, but I’ve yet to try it. or even see it. Good thing executive chef and co-owner of Monger’s Shane Stark was here show us the ropes. Shane started out by making a mayo-based sauce with soy sauce, sesame oil, togarashi and Sriracha for flavor.
