Galaxy Note 7 customers told to not turn on phone while on plane

AUSTIN (KXAN) — In light of Samsung recalling all of its Galaxy Note 7 smartphones, the Federal Aviation Administration says passengers who have the phone should not turn it on or charge the phone while on a plane.
