Fugitive wanted in attack on Judge Kocurek arrested

AUSTIN (KXAN) — The third suspect accused of plotting to kill Judge Julie Kocurek is now in custody after alluding authorities after a chase in Houston Friday. Shortly before midnight Monday, federal and state authorities arrested 26-year-old Marcellus Antoine Burgin of Cypress, Texas, without incident in New Orleans.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office has charged Burgin, along with Chimene Onyeri, 28, and Rasul Kareem Scott, 24, in the attack on Judge Kocurek. Authoritie
