Fort Hood soldier killed in Afghanistan

FORT HOOD, Texas (AP/KXAN) — A soldier from Fort Hood died in an attack this week in Afghanistan’s capital of Kabul.
The Defense Department says 26-year-old Sgt. Douglas J. Riney of Fairview, Ill. and 40-year-old Michael Sauro, an Army civilian employee from Oklahoma, were the two killed in the Oct. 20 attack.
