Firefighters battling house fire in East Travis County

TRAVIS COUNTY, Texas (KXAN) — Firefighters are busy tackling a house fire near SH 130 just east of Walter E. Long Park in eastern Travis County.
The fire started just before 2 p.m. in the 7500 block of Nez Perce Trace. Initial information indicates the fire was upgraded to a 2-alarm fire approximately 10 minutes later.
