Fiery car crash injures two in East Travis County

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Two people are in the hospital after following a fiery crash in East Travis County early Saturday morning.
The crash happened at around 1 a.m at the intersection of East Parmer Lane and Highway 290.
Austin/Travis County EMS transported a man to Brooke Army Medical Center and a woman to University Medical Center Brackenridge by STAR Flight. Paramedics say both patients were in critical, life-threatening injuries.
Only one car was involved in the crash.
