Fantastic weather late week comes to abrupt end this weekend

AUSTIN (KXAN) — January days like today... make our brutal Central Texas summers worth it.High pressure to our south and the storm track well to our north will give us friendly weather to finish the work week. Today will feature plenty of sunshine, light winds, dry skies and warm afternoon temps in the mid-70s. (What season are we in again?) Overnight lows will fall to the upper 30s and low 40s - most staying above the freezing mark.Friday will be even warmer with Downtown Austin nearing t
