Enhanced severe risk for parts of Central Texas on Tuesday

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Sunshine has broken through the clouds allowing temperatures to jump up.We're watching just a slight chance for storms to develop as we wrap up the afternoon and into this evening. Today's storm chances are largely dependent on whether a warm layer up in the atmosphere (called a "cap") will break to allow storm initiation.
