Ending the week with the heat and a few showers

AUSTIN (KXAN) -- Record tying or breaking temperatures continue with a few showers possible late Friday and late Saturday.Afternoon highs will climb well into the 90s, but with humidity, will feel even hotter. A Heat Advisory has been issued for parts of the area, including Travis and Hays County, for heat index values 103° to 110º later in the day.Friday afternoon forecast high temperaturesIsolated storms are also in the mix this afternoon and evening but coverage will be very limited.
