Elderly man missing in east Austin found safe

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Austin police said 86-year-old Cleo Perkins has been found safe after going missing Friday morning.
Police issued the alert because Perkins has medical conditions that could be dangerous to his health. He was seen on Kay Street, near the intersection of Airport Boulevard and Springdale Road, around 9:30 a.m., and is now back with his family.
