Early voting: What you need to know

AUSTIN (KXAN) — With the possibility of record voter turnout in Texas this year, voters are encouraged to vote early to avoid long lines at the polls on Election Day.
Early voting starts Monday, Oct. 24 and runs through Nov. 4. While the presidential election is the biggest item on the ballot, there are congressional races and other local races that will impact you. To find out what is on your ballot, check here.

To cast a ballot in person in Texas, you&rsqu
