Dump truck topples over causing delays on 290, SH130

AUSTIN (KXAN) — A dump truck has rolled over on westbound US 290 and SH130 causing heavy traffic delays for morning commuters.
The dump truck was the only vehicle involved in the crash, which has closed one lane of the westbound US 290 service road and two lanes of 130. The driver crashed while making a left turn onto 290 when the top-heavy load toppled over onto the shoulder. Police say the cement boulders may have been improperly loaded.
