DSACT hosts 17th annual Buddy Walk

GEORGETOWN, Texas (KXAN) – Hundreds of families and volunteers celebrated Down Syndrome Awareness Month at the 17th annual Buddy Walk Sunday afternoon.
The yearly event consists of a one mile-walk where families can team up with other families and friends to raise money for the Down Syndrome Association of Central Texas.
In addition to the walk food, games, face painting and other activities followed after the walk at Reunion Ranch in Georgetown.
