Driverless 'robotaxis' rolling their way into Austin

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Austinites could soon hail driverless taxis as General Motors' Cruise rolls out "robotaxi" technology in Austin.Cruise's CEO Kyle Vogt announced in a Sept. 12 tweet the technology would expand its robotaxi services footprint, launching in both Austin and Phoenix in approximately 90 days.
