Driver dies after car crashes into building on N. Lamar Boulevard

AUSTIN (KXAN) — A man has died after authorities said he crashed into what appears to be an abandoned gas station on Justin Lane and North Lamar Boulevard.
It happened around 5:31 a.m., according to a tweet from Austin-Travis County EMS. A man was ejected from the car and died on scene.
Southbound Lamar is closed at Justin Lane at this time. Investigators are on scene.
