Dripping Springs sees several auto thefts in recent weeks

DRIPPING SPRINGS, Texas (KXAN) – Gwen Varnes said a few days after Thanksgiving she woke up to a disheartening text from her neighbor. “My neighbor said ‘Hey, my forerunner's missing. Did you hear anything last night?’,” Varnes recalled.  “I had just walked out to let my dogs out front, and I looked over and my [Ford] Bronco was also missing.”Varnes lives with her son on eight acres of gated land in Dripping Springs. She said her neighbor lives
