Dozens displaced in northwest Austin apartment fire

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Austin Fire Department and several other Williamson County departments are on the scene of a fire at an apartment complex at the 9800 block of Copper Creek Drive in northwest Austin. In a tweet, the department describes the situation as a second alarm fire and says building 9 at the apartment complex was heavily involved. The fire was since contained to building 9 according to AFD but dozens of people are displaced from the building where 12 out of the 24 units were damaged
