Downtown lot once slated for new courthouse now up for grabs

AUSTIN (KXAN) — A prime block of downtown Austin real estate is now up for grabs.
Travis County is now soliciting development proposals for the site that was once proposed as the home for a new Travis County Courthouse. Fifty-one percent of voters decided against the $287 million bond proposal.
