Dog found duct taped on Houston road euthanized

HOUSTON (WCMH) — A dog discovered duct taped on the side of the road in northwest Houston on Monday had to be euthanized
Officials say it was left for dead on the side of the road with duct tape on its body.
“My daughter was like mom there’s a dog and I looked and the dog in between all the trash. Laying there with duct tape, bleeding,” Jana Nguwen, who found the German shepherd, told KPRC.
