AUSTIN (KXAN) -- We are in the time of the year when we look to the fall foliage becoming more colorful. With climate change affecting so much of our climate, the question that comes to mind is whether it affects when the leaves will change color if they change color at all.Meteorologist Rich Segal spoke with Dr. Theresa Crimmins about this.
