AUSTIN (KXAN) — The Texas Department of Transportation confirmed Thursday it's developing improvements along portions of State Highway 29, after a woman and her two-year-old daughter died in a crash on the highway earlier this week.The Bertram Police Department joined several other public safety agencies in responding to a crash around 8:20 p.m. Tuesday, near the 1400 block of West SH 29 in Bertram.
