Crash shut down US 290 east of Dripping Springs

HAYS COUNTY, Texas (KXAN) — All lanes of U.S. Highway 290 in between Oak Hill and Dripping Springs were blocked due to a three-vehicle crash.
The Hays County Sheriff’s Office says the crash happened just after 1 p.m. on U.S. 290 at Belterra Drive. Authorities say while they have transported people to the hospital but there are no fatalities at this time.
The highway was shut down in both directions while police continue to investigate the crash. For detours around the crash
