Crash on I-35 southbound at Cesar Chavez St. blocks lane

AUSTIN (KXAN) — At least two vehicles were involved in a crash on southbound Interstate 35 at Cesar Chavez Street Thursday morning, according to Austin Police.
Police said the crash is blocking at least one southbound lane on the highway.
Officers are waiting on a wrecker service to respond to the scene.
