Could Jacob's Well be closed for another summer?

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Popular swimming hole Jacob's Well could be closed for another summer if conditions don't change.Park officials likely won't decide until summer — or possibly in March or April — if swimming will open this year. Katherine Sturdivant, Hays County parks education coordinator, said they are looking for a continuous flow with at least four cubic feet per second, which hasn't happened in years.
