Construction reduces lanes in downtown Austin

AUSTIN (KXAN) — If your morning commute takes you through downtown Austin you might want to plan some extra time starting Monday morning.
Construction is starting on a water line near the Capitol. Crews will begin work on west 11th Street between Colorado Street and Congress Avenue.
On Trinity Street the east lane will be closed from 15th to 14th Street. Heading northbound on San Antonio Street there will be one lane around West 2nd Street.
The goal is to bring reclaimed water to downtown
