Constables chief didn’t show up to training even though he was signed in

AUSTIN (KXAN) – It took the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement three months to finish investigating allegations that the second-in-charge of the Travis County Precinct 1 Constable’s Office was signed in for a training class he never attended.
