TAYLOR, Texas (KXAN) — Hot pink was a popular color to wear in Taylor Sunday afternoon. It was Cody Hopkins’ favorite color, worn by friends and family, all remembering the junior bull rider at Circleville Store, Cody’s favorite place to ride.
