Child hit by car in Round Rock, condition unknown

ROUND ROCK, Texas (KXAN) — A child was hit by a car in Round Rock and taken to the hospital, Wednesday afternoon.
The child’s condition is currently unknown. The incident happened around 4:30 p.m. in the intersection of Double Creek Drive and Gattis School Road, according to Round Rock police.
Cedar Ridge High School and Gattis Elementary School are in the immediate area. While initially shut down in all directions, Gattis School Road has reopened.
